4.2. Subjects of personal data are obliged to:

5. Principles of personal data processing

7. Legal basis of personal data processing
The processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of his personal data; the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party or beneficiary or guarantor, as well as the conclusion of an agreement on the initiative of the personal data subject or an agreement under which the personal data subject will be the beneficiary or guarantor. A contract concluded with a personal data subject may not contain provisions restricting the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject.;
8. The Operator takes the following measures when processing personal data:
